Charlie Waite (Badge #24) is not only a Regulator, but he also participates in Civil War re-enacting as a Union soldier. This feller not only knows A LOT about 19th Century American History, but he is a whiz at remembering Old West movie lines.
Charlie works as a typesetter for a local press company and he is quite a talented sketch artist.
