One of our pride and joys is our turn-of-the-century, working chuck wagon. We found our wagon in an antique shop close to St. Louis, Missouri about six years ago and had a local Amish carpenter make the chuck box for us. Since then, we've cooked for a lot of folks, their organizations, and businesses. Our specialities include fire potatoes, fried pickles, cobblers and much more!
Our cooking calendar gets full quick, so if you are interested, please drop us a pony express-o-gram with the particulars and our Event Posse will take a look at it. 2010 is gettin' full pretty quick as we already have five chuck wagon catering events planned. It's not too early to start planning for 2011.
We've even been known to cook in the snow! Not that we planned it that way but we managed to feed over 50 people with what ended up being almost 5" of snow on the ground.
